Refund policy

 

There are no refunds. We Only exchange for same item different size only if the style is still available. If style is no longer available in the size desire, we will NOT make an exchange for a different item and will provide store credit.

  

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please Contact us Via Email to Notify us about Exchange. 

 

  • You must send us an email 1-3 days after your packaged has been delivered to confirm your exchange.
  • You must ship item back within 7 days of delivery and provide tracking number. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, STAIN FREE, ODOR FREE. No Exceptions.  

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item Once we approve and we issue  Credit Code which will have a a 6 month expiration.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for new item when exchanging.

 

We recommend you using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
